Jenna Budge, Ed.D., LSW, BCBA-D, is a licensed social worker who has worked in the field of autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over 15 years, providing evidence-based services in school, home, and adult settings. She received her master’s in social work, completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, and earned a Doctor of Education, all from Rutgers University. Before joining RCAAS, Dr. Budge served as the Adult Program Behavior Analyst at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center. In this role, Dr. Budge oversaw and executed all clinical activities within the Douglass Adult Program.
