The Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services is growing our Employment Services as an established Employment Network. We are dedicated to serving individuals who are neurodivergent and/or have intellectual or developmental disabilities to obtain and maintain meaningful employment. By choosing the RCAAS as an employment network you have access to our clinical staff, resources, and established employment partners that result in proven successful employment outcomes.

Employment Network

The Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services offers a variety of employment services to people who qualify for Ticket to Work as an Employment Network provider. The services are funded by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Ticket To Work

The RCAAS Employment Network is part of the Ticket to Work program. Ticket to Work is funded through SSA and is free for anyone ages 18-64 who receive SSI or SSDI due to their own disability.
The goal is to increase your earnings through sustaining gainful employment and to gradually get off of SSI or SSDI benefits. Participants must have a Ticket to be eligible in the RCAAS Employment Network.
