ADHD Diagnostic Evaluations is provided by Rutgers Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness.

ADHD Diagnostic Evaluations - Universities require documentation (a formal report) for students to be eligible for services such as accommodations and medication. An evaluation in the community can cost $1,000 to $2,000. We want to ensure that all Rutgers students have access to low cost/free ADHD evaluations. We evaluate students who were previously diagnosed and want an updated report as well as students who believe they have ADHD and have not been evaluated before. Evaluations cost $150 and are free with Rutgers Student Insurance. The evaluation covers ADHD, anxiety, and depression. To request an evaluation, please fill out this form - rutgers.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_200YY4ZPvi5LPh3
