1. Survey Application 

Anyone interested in The Employment Network services must first fill out a Survey Application. The Employment Network Team will review each submission to determine if the applicant meets the qualifications for the Employment Network. Click this button to fill out the survey:

2. Intake Appointment

You will be contacted by our employment network administrator to set up a time to do an intake appointment if you meet the qualifications and it is determined that you will be a good fit for our services. 
 

3. Acceptance into the Employment Network

Following the intake meeting, you will meet with our Employment Specialists to develop your Individual Work Plan (IWP).
