Christeen Z. Scarpa, M.A., BCBA, is a Behavior Analyst and former Behavior Technician at the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS), where she delivers individualized supports in the community and vocational settings. Christeen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and earned her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Caldwell University in 2015. She has clinical experience working as an autism instructor in a public school classroom environment as well as providing in-home direct services. Ms. Scarpa has worked for the Trenton Therapeutic Crisis Management Program, where she implemented behavior analytic techniques to reduce severe problem behaviors with alternate communicative behaviors. Her recent work in research and program development includes skill acquistion, increasing safety skills, social skills, and decreasing maladaptive behaviors.
