Neuroinclusive Apartment Building THRIVE Red Bank to break ground

THRIVE Red Bank Partners, board members from Parents With A Plan, representatives from the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services, and neurodivergent advocates will gather at 11 a.m. on July 30 for the groundbreaking of THRIVE Red Bank. The Neuroinclusive Apartment Building will open at 273 Shrewsbury Ave. at Drs. James Parker Blvd. in Red Bank in 2027.
