Briana DaSilva, MSW, is an Employment Specialist for the Employment Network at the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services. Briana earned her Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2025 with a concentration in Clinical Social Work. She completed her undergraduate and graduate internship as a Job Coach under the SCALE Program at RCAAS and formerly became a Behavior Specialist in 2023. She has over 3 years of experience working directly with adults with autism. Briana is deeply passionate about promoting mental health awareness and empowering others to seek support, understanding, and healing.
