Building apartments for neurodivergent adults in New Jersey

A new housing project is breaking ground in Red Bank, and it’s designed for adults who are neurodivergent. And it’s all thanks to one determined mom, who struggled to find the services that her son needed to live a fulfilling life — so she decided to create something new. NBC New York’s Adam Harding reports.
