Read “Concordance Between the Ask Suicide Screening Questions (ASQ) and Self-Injurious Thoughts and Behaviors Interview-Self Report (SITBI-SR) Among Autistic and Non-Autistic Adults” in the quarterly journal, Archives of Suicide Research.

This research article is co-authored by Annabelle Mournet, graduate student, Clinical Psychology program, Dr. Vanessa Bal, Karmazin and Lillard Chair in Adult Autism; Associate Professor GSAPP; Director, LifeSPAN Autism Lab and RCAAS-Psychological Services Clinic; Co-Director of Research, RCAAS, and Dr. Evan Kleiman, Associate Professor of Psychology, Rutgers University. This study found that there is a high concordance between the ASQ and SITBI-SR tests. There was also evidence that these measures function similarly for autistic and non-autistic adults.
