This study presents a user-friendly assessment to support clinicians in identifying preferred leisure activities for adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Three participants completed a three-phase assessment that evaluated preferences for different activity components. Participants were more engaged and demonstrated less interfering behavior during activities that matched their identified preferences. The findings offer an efficient, adaptable method for designing meaningful leisure opportunities, with potential applications in transition planning and aging populations.
