Individual Assessments

For those over the age of 18, the PSC provides diagnostic evaluations and assessments of individual strengths and challenges to help inform intervention and support plans for the future.

These include:

• First-time ASD diagnosis
• Diagnostic confirmation (e.g., establish service eligibility, second opinion)
• Individual treatment planning

Please note: The PSC currently has a waitlist and is just beginning to schedule assessments as pandemic restrictions are lifted. If you submit an interest form, our team will follow up and provide an estimate of waitlist time. Please understand this is an estimate and actual scheduling may happen sooner or later. Our Interest Form is for informational purposes only; please do not submit a request for emergency care. If you are experiencing a clinical emergency and are in need of an immediate assessment, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
