SCALE participants can use the Rutgers University campus buses to navigate around the Univeristy, and NJ Transit when traveling outside of the New Brunswick area.

For those travelling from outside the New Brunswick area, Douglass Campus is served by NJ Transit Bus Line #818, which our participants can be coached on how to use.

The RU-NB Campus Buses/Shuttle Service is accessible to students and all of the New Brunswick community. The routes include stops on all five Rutgers campuses (Cook, Douglass, College Avenue, Livingston, and Busch), where many of our employment partners operate, along with several stops in Downtown New Brunswick. Red Oak Lane is the closest stop to the RCAAS.
