Our executive director, Dr. Christopher Manente, recently joined Cindy Gelormini of Spectrum Perspectives, to discuss what has been lacking in the system and how he'd like to address it, including creating a new job field and courses to specifically train people in how to work with people on the spectrum. He also shares his own journey related to challenges that he has encountered as a neurodivergent person himself. Later in the interview, our very own Elizabeth Dicker, RCAAS Accessibility Specialist, to discuss her own experiences as well as working at the center. Also, viewers will get to experience a tour of the facility itself.

Dr. Christopher Manente, Executive Director of the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) and Marlee Aversa, founder and CEO of M&J Games, recently participated in an interview on Autism Live to discuss their collaboration on a fun, innovative game called 'What’s Next?' This innovative new game provides every player with the opportunity to share their similarities while celebrating their differences together through gameplay.
