The Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) was featured in the TapintoNutley article, "Rutgers Pushes Acceptance During Autism Awareness Month," which highlights the services the RCAAS offers to the underserved adult autism community, its mission and advocacy efforts.

Executive Director (RCAAS), Clinical Associate Professor (GSAPP), and Chair (RU Neurodiversity Task Force), Dr. Christopher Manente, is quoted explaining how the autism community "have been generationally marginalized, and there has been an incredible debt that has amassed in terms of their segregation from society and opportunities to succeed." The RCAAS is dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults on the autism spectrum through its comprehensive support services.
